If your TELETIES stretch out over time, simply place them in a bowl of warm water or use a blow dryer on a high heat setting. They will shrink back to their original shape and strength in minutes.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $50.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair accessories that have been worn.
